At the end of chapter 12, Jesus gives us a summary of His message and ministry. Jesus was passionate about saving sinners. John tells us that He “cried out” – one of only five times that is recorded in the Bible. He cried out to tell the world who He was, what His mission was, and what is at stake for those who hear Him. Jesus is “The Savior of the World” (John 12:44-50). There is no other. He calls on you today to believe in Him, and by believing in Him, to believe in the one who sent Him – the Father. There is no time to delay. Obey the command to receive eternal life.
