As Jesus approaches the cross, two things are sure: He is focused on the work He must finish and what it will cost, and the time for deciding what to think of Jesus is growing short. Even now, after Jesus has died and risen from the grave, we are faced with the decision of what to make of Jesus. There is no middle ground. Either you trust in Christ for your salvation, or the darkness will overtake you. That’s what Jesus tells us as “The Son of Man is Lifted Up” (John 12:27-36)
