At our 2022 Mission Conference, our speaker, Rev. Dr. Ed Hartman of First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MS, will help us understand from God’s Word that the gospel of Jesus Christ is still powerfully at work in the world today. As believers in Christ, we need not be afraid or embarrassed to proclaim the glorious, good news of Christ and Him crucified. This message is still the need that the world craves, even in our secular and man-centered age. At this year’s conference, we will have the opportunity to be challenged to think about the mission of Jesus Christ throughout the world.

Hartman PicEd Hartman is a graduate of Columbia Bible College; Reformed Theological Seminary (MDiv); and Westminster Seminary in California (DMin).  After serving as pastor of two churches in Mississippi for 15 years, Ed joined Mission to the World and served as team leader of a church planting and leadership development team in Brasov, Romania (2004-2013) where nationals are continuing the ministries begun during his time there.  Since leaving Romania, Ed has continued to invest in church planting and missions as he, along with his wife, Emily, work in leadership development and renewal with pastors, church leaders, church planters and missionaries and their wives.  Ed is currently serving as Minister of Mission and Outreach at First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, Mississippi.

Ed and Emily have four adult children (three of whom are married) and four grandchildren.  Ed is the author of “Homeward Bound: Building an Attractive Christ-centered Family on Eternal Principles”.

Bullock Pic.JPEGRev. Nick Bullock is a native of Monticello, Mississippi. He holds degrees in Theology from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi, and Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi and is currently a research student in Historical Theology with Edinburgh Theological Seminary, and the University of Glasgow, Scotland. Nick was ordained in the Mississippi Valley Presbytery of the PCA and served as Pastor of Second Presbyterian Church of Yazoo City, Mississippi before accepting the call to serve as a Missionary to Germany and Pastor of Covenant Fellowship Presbyterian Church in Stuttgart, Germany where he has labored for two years in church planting, and evangelism.
