Topic: AM Service Passage: Isaiah 54:1–17
In chapter 53, Isaiah brought the Suffering Servant to our eyes. The One who paid the penalty and suffered for our sake changes everything. And now Isaiah begins to describe what that change looks like. When we know we are set free from the shackles of sin and shame, we cannot help but sing the Lord’s praises. We see that we are restored to a new relationship with our Creator and Redeemer. And we begin to see the beauty of the Lord’s work of redemption. Where once we had strife and grief, now we have “The Lord’s Peace” (Isaiah 54:1-17).
