Passage: Isaiah 40:27–31
One of the hardest things about life is the feeling that God has forgotten us when we are in the midst of suffering. Is the Lord too busy to regard our situation? Or is it that He just doesn’t care? Isaiah continues to press his point that the Lord is not only all powerful, but He is all wise and all caring. He never takes His eyes off of His children and is the source of all their strength. What a blessing it is to know that He is “The God of All Comfort: God the Sustainer” (Isaiah 40:27-31).
