Topic: AM Service Passage: 2 Corinthians 8:8–15
When we consider our acts of stewardship, we must begin by looking to the Lord Jesus Christ. Paul tells us that Jesus gave up His riches so that we might become rich. He was not concerned that He would be poor and be in want; He trusted His Father to care and provide. This allowed Jesus to focus on the blessings He would bring to His people. Even so, we are encouraged to think about our possessions and what we have with a perspective of how we can benefit others in need. When we look to the Lord Jesus Christ, we will see the “Blessings in Stewardship.” (2 Corinthians 8:8-15)
