Isaiah's Vision (Isaiah 6:1-13)

Topic: AM Service Passage: Isaiah 6:1–13
Far too often, people speak about God in offhand or casual tones. They give the impression that the Creator of all things is a sort of “buddy” or “the Big Guy Upstairs.” But the reality of when man meets God in the Bible is entirely different. Such was the case with the prophet Isaiah. Isaiah describes a vision he had of the “Holy, Holy, Holy” Lord God. He is undone, a “man of unclean lips.” This vision is meant to break down our warm and fuzzy preconceptions of God, but it also shows us the grace of God. Isaiah’s sin is atoned for, and He is sent on a mission with a message. It is important for us to see “Isaiah’s Vision” (Isaiah 6:1-13).
