Constrained by Love

Topic: AM Service Passage: 2 Corinthians 5:11–15
What motivates you? What causes you to live the way that you do? Those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the only way of salvation are motivated to live serving Jesus and the gospel. This was perhaps no better demonstrated than in the life of the Apostle Paul. Once in his life a Pharisee and persecutor of Christians, he became a new man after he met Christ. He dedicated his life to preaching the gospel and building up the Church. In all that Paul did, he was motivated by the Lord. Even when he was concerned about the souls of people around him, his main motivation was the Lord. He was “Constrained by Love,” which is Christ’s love for him and the people of God (2 Cor. 5:11-15).
