Change is a difficult thing, even for believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. Old habits die hard, and we can often be discouraged by the slowness that change happens in our lives. In Genesis 43, we begin to see change take root in the lives of Joseph's brothers, as the Lord works in their lives.
I. Change in Thinking

B. Thinking of Others
II. Change in Actions

III. Change in Attitude

Questions for consideration: (1) When things go wrong, what is your first reaction? Do you often blame others or circumstances? How do you take responsibility? (2) When you are afraid, what keeps you going? (3) How do you deal with the temptations of bitterness and envy when others around you have better “luck” or circumstances?
