Pray for healing and strength for:

  • • Corry Schmidt, who has cracked a vertebra in her back and will need to see a spine specialist for a solution.
    • Stephanie, Martha Johnson's daughter, as she recovers from surgery on her collarbone.
    • Kara Holub’s brother, Matthew Cesal, as he has started his next round of treatment, which will last until the end of May.

Remember in prayer our various other needs. Please pray for:

  • • Opportunities for Ian Coulter, director of Church Without Walls, to share the Gospel during visits to a local mosque in Katy over the next few weeks.
    • Our congregational meeting on March 22 to elect members of the pastoral search committee, and for the process of finding the next Senior Pastor of Christ Church.
    • Safe pregnancy and delivery for expectant mother Chichi Rathiaya.
    • All those who are having financial difficulty or are seeking employment.


Praise the Lord that:

  • • The hysterectomy that was undergone by Nancy Johnson’s sister, Susanna Flesher in West Virginia, was successful and her doctor has told her she is free of cancer.
    • After nearly 6 months of rotating between ICU and TICU, Noah Hall (the Halls’ grandson) is finally at home again. Please pray that his health improves, and for his nursing staff.

Elizabeth Murray, our missionary to Japan, asks us to pray:

  • That she would be successful in her efforts to raise support to resume her ministry in Japan.
  • For peace and wisdom as she presents in front of churches, mission committees, and friends.

The Halberts, our missionaries in Honduras, ask us to pray:

  • Continued growth for the church in number and depth of love for the Lord Jesus.
  • Wisdom as they expand their worship space and recruit more church planters.

The Stantons, our missionaries to Ukraine, ask us to pray:

  • For Ukrainian pastors and believers who continue to serve their communities through the war.
  • That the response to Crates for Ukraine will exceed all hopes and expectations.

The Hokes, our missionaries in Uganda, ask us to pray for:

  • Their continued service at ABU, helping to train up the next generation of Christian leaders.
  • The alumni of ABU to deepen the theology of Christian churches in East Africa.

Neal, our missionary with a reformed theological seminary in East Asia, asks us to pray:

  • For the seminary to bless more churches in training their future leaders.
  • That the Lord would protect this ministry from persecution.

Kurt and Jill, our missionaries in Europe, ask us to pray:

  • That short-term opportunities for 2023 would continue to come together.
  • As they talk to others about joining their team, and for potential team members to raise funds.

  • As they seek out how to best serve the population of migrants living on the streets of Reynosa.
  • For the work of the summer teams, and opportunities to share the gospel of Christ this summer.

John and Kelley Beth, our missionaries in South Asia, ask us to pray for:

  • Wisdom for their leaders and opportunities for believers to love their struggling neighbors.
  • Grace for them to love and serve with much wisdom and compassion.

Julian Zugg, our missionary with MINTS, asks us to pray:

  • For continued success in the online teaching and seminars to equip future ministry leaders.
  • That God would enable him to be based out of Florida and find a good place to live.

The Sanduleacs, our missionaries in Moldova, ask us to pray for:

  • Repentance and hunger for God in the many unbelievers to whom they have ministered.
  • God's blessing over their weekly fellowship group, that it would grow in maturity and numbers.

  • Praise the Lord that they have leased property that will be the new home for Iglesia El Redentor.
  • Pray as they begin the second phase of their church plant with public Bible studies.

The Congdons, our missionaries in Japan, ask us to pray:

  • Genuine rest and renewal for their family during their last month on home assignment.
  • The two new missionary families that will joining the team early next year.

The Youngs, our missionaries in England, ask us to pray for:

  • The continued spiritual health and growth of their congregation.
  • Wisdom as they proceed to restore their new building back to its original design as a church.
