1 and 2 Kings Sermons
Rev. Fred Greco
For many people, the concept of "covenant" in the Bible is a mysterious and confusing one. It can be hard to understand how a covenant can make a difference in our busy and often difficult lives. We struggle to put into words how God relates to not only each of us individually, but collectively as a society also. The books of 1 and 2 Kings are an inspired solution for these questions. The Holy Spirit so determined that the history of Israel and Judah would be written down for our instruction (Romans 15:4; 1 Cor. 10:11). This allows us to see the consequence of covenant-keeping and covenant-breaking. So, let’s dive into the story of the Kings together! You can also download a PDF chart of the 1 Kings sermon series.
